we found the location to be wonderful, it will be even better when they complete the construction of the deck around the restaurant, it is by no means and elegant setting but the natural beauty and peacefullness was just what we wanted. If anything could be changed it would be to get coffee earlier in the morning. We ar ususually up at sunrise (before 6AM) take a wonderful walk and then need to wait until 7:30 for coffee with our breakfast. Just offering the coffee earlier would be great, I noticed a few area rentals offer it to their guests.
FYI if your company suggests places to go the Sian Ka'an trip using Community Tours is excellent. They are a local , the cost was $95 for the day but it was well worth the extra price.
We didn't make the trip because of passport problems. So the checks above are not applicable! I had to check something so you would get my comments. However, our association with Worldlinks has been very positive and Andrew Krance has been most helpful and charming.
